Extended SEO, accessibility, AEO & GEO
Add the search and accessibility work your business needs. Keep the default foundations, choose your service scope and see each addition separately in your estimate.
Build on the default tier
Every small-business build starts with Tier 1: default SEO and accessibility foundations. Tier 2 adds agreed deliverables for search visibility, helpful answers and documented accessibility review. Search and accessibility can be selected independently. There is no compulsory bundle or recurring retainer.
Choose your search service
Local SEO and relevant schema — $1,000 additional
Local keyword mapping for one business location and relevant business structured data matching your visible content. We confirm your business details and priority service area. Additional locations, profile management and ongoing local campaigns need separate scope.
SEO research and on-page optimisation — $3,000 additional
Keyword research, intent mapping and on-page optimisation for up to 10 agreed existing or included pages, plus relevant business and page structured data. This does not add 10 new page builds or unlimited copywriting.
SEO, AEO and GEO content — $5,000 additional
Keyword mapping and optimisation for up to 10 agreed pages, relevant structured data, and up to three evidence-backed answer pages using the included templates. The answer pages are added separately to the core public-page allowance. You supply business facts and approve the content.
The GEO review improves business identity, source evidence, topic clarity and internal links on these agreed pages. These search options are alternatives: the selected price replaces the other search-option prices. Accessibility work is an independent addition.
What SEO, AEO and GEO mean
- SEO — search engine optimisation: technical access, page intent, useful content, internal links and relevant structured data.
- AEO — answer engine optimisation: direct answers, clear explanations, FAQs, process steps and comparisons based on real customer questions.
- GEO — generative engine optimisation: clear business and topic information, reliable evidence and attributable content that generative search systems can understand and may reference. GEO here does not mean geographic SEO; location work is covered by local SEO.
Google’s guidance says generative search builds on core SEO practices; there is no special schema required for AI visibility. We do not guarantee indexing, rankings, rich results or AI citations. Read Google’s generative search guidance.

Documented assessment and scoped remediation — $3,000 additional
A WCAG 2.2 Level AA assessment covering up to five agreed templates and one key user journey, with a findings report, prioritised remediation within the agreed allowance and a recheck of those scoped fixes. We agree representative pages, interactive states, devices, third-party dependencies and the remediation boundary before starting.
The review combines automated checks with manual keyboard and assistive-technology checks on the agreed sample. More templates, complex workflows, inaccessible third-party systems, documents and extensive remediation need separate scope. The report records what was reviewed and any remaining issues; this allowance does not promise whole-site conformance.
Independent accessibility audit — supplier quote
Choose an independent evaluation when procurement, organisational policy or your project needs it. We confirm the supplier, coverage, price and responsibility for fixes separately. Selecting an independent audit requests a quote; its cost is not included in the automated estimate.
WCAG 2.2 defines the accessibility criteria. W3C’s conformance evaluation guidance explains why evaluation needs a defined scope and method.
Customise the price around the work
All amounts are indicative one-off additions in AUD excluding GST, separate from the base website build, hosting and ongoing maintenance. Pick one search option and one accessibility option, or retain the default for either area. We confirm the final scope and price in a written quote.
Search additions are offered in the quiz for declared build budgets from $5,000. The documented accessibility assessment is offered from $10,000. These are eligibility thresholds for the website estimator, not the service prices; the combined build and additions must still fit your selected budget. Requested work that does not fit stays visible as deferred work.
Example: default foundations
A $3,000 Umbraco build with supplied content includes Tier 1 with no additional SEO or accessibility fee. Hosting is separate.
Example: local search only
With a declared budget of $5,000, selecting 10 core pages and 3 templates can use a $3,000 Umbraco build plus $1,000 local SEO: a $4,000 build allowance. Default accessibility remains included.
Example: search and accessibility together
With a declared budget of $12,000, selecting 10 core pages and 3 templates can use a $3,000 Umbraco build, $5,000 SEO/AEO/GEO work and $3,000 accessibility assessment: an $11,000 build allowance. The search addition includes up to three extra answer pages, for up to 13 public content pages. Hosting and independent audit fees remain separate.
Further services by agreement
Ongoing SEO campaigns, extra locations, additional content, performance remediation beyond the build scope, analytics and conversion tracking, recurring reporting, profile management and repeat accessibility reviews can be quoted separately. They are not included just because Tier 2 is selected. We agree deliverables, frequency and price before work begins.
